Shipping and Handling:
We accept all credit cards , as soon as you order has been processed your item will be shipped. Shipping usually takes 10-12 business days.(see below for products that take longer)) In the event that an item is out of stock or the order cannot be fulfilled within the time frame, you will be contacted and offered the choice to wait for availability or receive a full refund of the purchase price.
We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. And we can only ship to the United States at this time; we do not ship to PO Boxes.
These products are shipped via UPS, FED-EX, standard USPS and the larger products are shipped via Freight carriers. You may receive your full order all on the same day or different days. Some of these products can come in more then one box so PLEASE make sure that you double check your invoice.
Most Collegiate Billiards are shipped UPS. The pub tables, bar stools, college lighting and the cue racks are custom made(made to order). The pub tables, bar stools and college lighting are shipped in 4 weeks. The college billiard cue racks are shipped in 5 weeks. We do carry 3 products that will need to come by freight, due to the heavy weight of these products, PLEASE CALL before ordering these items! The collegiate gaspump case, collegiate gumball machine and the collegiate nostalgic cooler!
Return Policy
You must contact Jb Billiards before returning any item or items! This does include unopened packages! With out the consent of JB Billiards you will not receive the full refund with out approval! All returned must be done with in 15 days of receiving! Anything damaged during shipments, you contact JB Billiard with in 24 hours of receiving! With out any approval you will not receive your money back! If the returns are done with in the proper time frame you will be refunded the amount minus shipping fees. All returns must be received in the same condition as sold. |
